Ideogram 4.5
An image generation and editing model built around precise edits: pixels you did not ask to change are copied exactly from the source.
What it is
Ideogram 4.5 launched September 30, 2026 as what Ideogram calls its most precise edit model. The pitch is multi-turn editing without artifact build-up: the precise-edit endpoint returns the image at the input's exact width and height and copies untouched pixels from the original. It is billed per image, not per token, so it is excluded from the token calculators on this site.

4.5 adds the precise-edit endpoint and drift-free multi-turn editing; 4.0 remains available on the same API.
